Thanks to the funding, the Sea Port Authority in Kołobrzeg renovated the 'Redoubt of Morast. It regained its appearance from the beginning of the 20th century. The works included reconstruction of the redoubt gates, renovation of rooms, drainage of walls, raising the earth embankment to its original height, cutting down wild vegetation, making the so-called Larsen walls (steel structure that strengthens the quay, prevents the embankments from sliding and protects against water pressure). It cost over PLN 5 million.
Bagienna Redoubt (another name) was built in 1770-1774 to protect the port. It had a very good position for this purpose - on the Solna Island headland and in the fork of the Parsęta River and the Drzewny Canal.
It has been on the monuments register for 60 years.

Dzięki dofinansowaniu Zarząd Portu Morskiego w Kołobrzegu odnowił Redutę Morast. Odzyskała ona wygląd z początku XX wieku. Prace objęły rekonstrukcję wrót reduty, odnowienie  pomieszczeń, osuszenie murów, podniesienie wału ziemnego do oryginalnej wysokości, wycięcie dzikiej roślinności, wykonanie tzw. ścianki Larsena (stalowa konstrukcja, która wzmacnia nabrzeże, zapobiega osuwaniu się wałów i chroni przed naporem wody). Kosztowało to ponad 5 mln PLN.
Reduta Bagienna (inna nazwa) została wybudowana w latach 1770-1774 dla obrony portu. Miała bardzo dobra pozycję do tego celu - na cyplu Wyspy Solnej i w rozwidleniu rzeki Parsęty i Kanału Drzewnego.
Od 60 lat znajduje się w rejestrze zabytków.
