I don't know if they have female paramedics here in the USA (here, it's different from nurses. The paramedics are the ones who drive to the accidents on the road, and decide whether people need to go to the hospital). They work very long hours per week. My son in law did it for some time, but his own health suffered from this job.
Such a moment captured so well in a sculpture....
