Looking for snowdrops
I was walking around my city disappointed. I coudn't find the snowdrops anywhere. You can only see green leaves budding through the ground in parks and squares. Then I realised that I know of only one place that snowdrops would definetely blooming this time of the year, even it being so cold. It's Stefan Żeromski Park!

To Park im. Stefana Żeromskiego!

Can you spot the doggie?

Czy możecie znaleźć pieska?

That is great, thanks for letting us see them in natural habitat as if we saw them ourselves. My first and last view of the snowdrops was at the mountains of Turkey, where a small group was invited to see the Snowdrops Festival. I didn't know it before then, and i was smitter the first time. YOu are still very cold there, while we are already very hot here even if we are just starting our dry season.
ReplyDeleteSnowdrops Festival. That must have been wonderful view. Thank you for visiting. Have a good weekend.
Delete...no snowdrops here, just a couple of feet of snow!
ReplyDeleteYou have to be patient :)
DeleteVery pretty! Yes, I see the dog.
ReplyDeleteThere's one park I know of here that have similar little flowers, usually late in April, for a few days.
In late April I always wait for chestnut tree to bloom :)
ReplyDeleteBeaufiul photos...I am especially fond of the second shot. They almost have a mysterious feel to them.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Rose.
DeleteI must be blind because I can't find the dog, but saw the pretty white crocus coming up! Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring too.
DeleteWhen you look at the last picture with rule of thirds, the dog is in the bottom right square.
