Mysterious tree

I don't know the species of this tree, but every autumn I like looking at it. 18th March Park, Kolobrzeg, October 2018.

    Could this be some variety of Pterocarya? I have one P. rhoifolia grown from a little seedling but it has never bloomed in my garden.
