'It's like a winter during a summer'

When fruits with white tufts apper on cottonwoods, 'it's like a winter during a summer' ( 'Maya the Bee' ). I'm not sure if I'd like to have winter during this time of a year, but the sentence describes this phenomenon perfectly.

Kiedy owoce z białym puchem pojawiają sie na topolach, 'to jest jak zima w środku lata' ( 'Pszczółka Maja' ). Nie jestem pewna, czy chciałabym mieć zimę o tej porze roku, ale zdanie świetnie opisuje to zjawisko.
