I for India Festival

The India Festival was organised in the middle of August by ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness) next to the lighthouse.
We watched the spectacle telling the story of Krishna's life.
We tasted vegan food offered at the stalls.
Children were beautifully painted.
For those who wanted to learn yoga, there were workshops too.
To our disappointment we didn't ride on the wooden chariot.

  7. I have owned a Krishna Cook book for years and would love to taste how it really is supposed to taste like.
The pictures in the book are so beautiful, however when I have tried to make them, it just doesn't look the same. :(

    Thanks for sharing!
