The guesthouse 'Bukowina' is located in the suburb of Kołobrzeg - Podczele, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is available for families with children and has many attractions. It has existed since 1995. Previously, there was a cultural center for stationed Russian troops here. At this point, it should be mentioned that Podczele was a military town until 1992, because Soviet troops had been stationed there since 1945. There is an airport nearby, which, like the estate, was built in 1932 for the Luftwaffe.
In 2001, the Museum of Three Cultures and Three Armies was established in 'Bukowina'.

Pensjonat 'Bukowina' położony jest w oddalonej od zgiełku miasta dzielnicy Kołobrzegu - Podczelu. Jest przyjazdny dla rodzin z dziećmi i posiada wiele atrakcji. Istnieje od 1995 r. Wcześniej był tu dom kultury stacjonujących wojsk rosyjskich. W tym miejscu należy wspomnieć, iż Podczele było do 1992 roku militaranym miasteczkiem, gdyż do tego momentu stacjonowały tu wojska radzieckie (od 1945 r.). Niedaleko jest lotnisko, które tak jak osiedle powstało w 1932 r. dla Luftwaffe.
W 2001 r. w 'Bukowinie' powstało Muzeum Trzech Kultur i Trzech Armii.
