Lazy afternoon
So, it was Friday. I left work, the sun was shining, but it looked as if it was hidden behind a mist. If it was winter, I would come back home and tuck myself in a blanket. But... it was the beginning of the spring, so I decided to take a slow, lazy stroll to the marina. Not so long ago the new Harbour Bridge had been opened.

Był piątek, weekendu początek i miałam ochotę na leniwy powolny spacer. Słońce świeciło, ale odnosiłam wrażenie jakby za mgłą. Popołudnie, które nastrajało do błogości. Jakby to była wciąż zima, to wróciłabym do domu i zakuliła się w koc. Na szczęście mieliśmy już wiosnę i zdecydowałam się pozwiedzać.

Wybrałam marinę, bo niedawno został otworzony Most Portowy.

Nativity scene
I hadn't had time to take photos of the animals in our nativity scene before Xmas, so I did it on Boxing Day. I caught a two hour break during the rainy weather we have had been experiencing for a few days. The nativity scene itself was set next to the Town Hall and the Christmas Tree.

Nie miałam czasu, by zrobić zdjęcia żywej stajenki przed Bożym Narodzeniem, ale udało się w Drugi Dzień Świąt. Złapałam dwugodzinną przerwę między deszczem a deszczem, który daje się we znaki od kilku dni. Stajenka znalazła się obok ratusza i Choinki.

We deserve
I'd love to show you the marina during a beautiful winter, but unfortunately we haven't had one for few years. We've been having rain and wind, so at least we deserve a little bit of sun. Picture was taken in June 2016.

A desert
It was a real challenge for me to find a picture for this week's ABC Wednesday. I live by the sea in a moderate climate, so it is quite rare here to have a drought or something similar. Only sometimes during the summer we can experience those conditions, but you can't compare it to places, which actually struggle with real xerotes.
So when you look at the picture, just pretend it's a desert :)

Świąteczne jarmarki
Do tej pory nie znalazłam czasu, żeby zrobić ładne zdjęcia dekoracjom świątecznym w moim mieście. Ale za to znalazłam czas, by pojechać do Berlina na jarmark świąteczny. Próbowałam się tam wybrać po raz pierwszy w 2013, ale wiał Ksawery, o którym możecie przeczytać tutaj. Przepraszam, że tylko po angielsku, ale znowu to samo. Zabrakło czasu na tłumaczenie i pisanie jeszcze jednego posta. Zresztą zdjęcia mówią same za siebie. Odwołano wycieczkę. Od tamtego czasu ciągle mi coś wypadało. W tym roku to się zmieniło i udało się! Pojechałyśmy z koleżankami autokarem z biurem podróży Partner. Było całkiem tanio. Wycieczka kosztowała 80zł. Sam bilet ze Szczecina do Berlina kosztuje 10 euro w jedną stronę. Do tego trzeba jeszcze się dostać do Szczecina. No i przesiadki... Nasz przewodnik był bardzo miły i dużo dowiedziałam się o Berlinie. Gdzie zrobić dobre zakupy, czego unikać. Opowiedział też, co dzieje się teraz w Berlinie, usłyszeliśmy trochę historii i oczywiście kilka słów o punktach, które mijaliśmy. Berlin na chwilę obecną ma kilka placów budowy. Berlińczycy odbudowują Pałac Berliński, którego projekt pochłonie 105 mln euro. Pieniądze są wciąż zbierane i nadal potrzebne jest 39 mln euro. W niedalekiej przyszłości zobaczymy nową polską ambasadę i kolejną 'nitkę' metra.

Christmas Markets.
I know, that I haven't posted any Christmas photos yet. Almost everyone has already done it. The reason is simple. I haven't had time to take pictures of this year's Christmas decorations in my town, but I found the time to visit Christmas markets in Berlin! Remember the post about the hurricane Xavier in Europe? It was in 2013 and since that time I haven't been able to go to Berlin. There was always something else to do. But this time I've managed to go.
My blog is about Kolobrzeg, but I think no one will mind if I post some photos from Berlin :) Besides Berlin Pankow (one of the districts of Berlin) is a partner city for Kolobrzeg.
I went there by bus with my friends. We booked our tickets by Partner travel company. It was quite cheap,as it only cost 80 zl. (around 17euros) per person. One way ticket from Szczecin to Berlin costs 10 euros and you have to get to Szczecin from Kolobrzeg first, so the price was really good. It's worth mentioning that our guide was very nice and did tell us a lot of things about Berlin. Where to go shopping, what to avoid etc. He also told us about current events in Berlin. We were given a lot of information about the points of interest we were passing by, a little bit of history and what's happening in Berlin nowadays. There are many building sites in Berlin. Germans are rebuilding the Berlin Palace and it's gonna cost 105 mln euros. They are raising money for this purpose as 39 mln euros is still required. Also there is gonna be a new Polish embassy and another underground line.

Throwback Thursday No. 4
I'm waiting for the snow, but still the weather hasn't turned yet. 8-9 °C degrees is more akin to the weather we normally have in October, not the beginning of December. The end of Autumn is just awful. It's raining constantly, the sky is full of clouds and the wind never stops blowing. That's why I'm gonna show you a few pictures from a day that Autumn was so refreshingly abundant in colours. The sky was blue and the sun was shining.

were enjoying our coffee at the Sailor Cafe, when all of a sudden a column
of classic cars - announced by spry and vigorous honking- alighted at Marina Solna. It was the 12th annual Vintage Cars Rally in Kolobrzeg and as
always there was much to be admired.

enough I can still remember cars like the Warszawa (above) or the Syrena (3rd
